Lifeline has received all our cover sheets executed and will now have everything notarized and then sent to be apostilled.  Lifeline is checking on the status of the pending immigration update. 

Received cover sheets for dossier documents from Lifeline.  Sent back executed, dated, and initialed.  Lifeline will now have everything notarized and apostilled. 

Sending Lifeline a copy of all their Poland Adoption Manual documents signed and initialed. 

Documents include:
Poland fee sheet
Statement prohibiting child buying
Consulting service agreement
Post adoption contract
Adoption Service Plan.

Received email from Lifeline that they have all the documents they need from us, right now.  They are waiting on the police clearance and immigration approval.  Once they have that, they can have everything apostilled.

Received our new birth certificates from Florida and Louisiana.  Federal expressed them to Lifeline.

Lifeline has our dossier together and ready to send it off to USCIS (U.S. Immigration & Citizenship). 

Sent Lifeline the following:
- letter confirming employment and annual salary
-certified Home Study as accurate and true
-letter requesting permission to adopt these specific children
-New certified Marriage License (had to laugh because it appears our license has an expiration date on the back).
-Medical letter from doctor stating Robyn and I are medically fit to be parents for these three children

Received draft of updated Home Study.  We reviewed and confirmed to Lifeline it was good to go.

Home Study update by Iris and Stephanie of Lifeline.  Reviewed our previous information.  Interviewed Robyn and I together and then separately. Also interviewed our oldest son Sullivan since he is 17.

We gave them copies of our passports.

To do list:
-write letter requesting permission to adopt.
-order new, original birth certificates for Robyn and myself & marriage license.  (Not sure why we have to have new, current birth certificates and marriage license but did what they asked)
-filled out police clearance form
-provide updated personal financial information
-updated medicals for Robyn and myself.

Today (Friday) we scheduled an update on our Home Study for Monday. We previously had pursued adoption in Peru for three and a half years before changing to Poland.  So we already had a Home Study for Peru, we just needed to modify a few things for Poland.

Received information on three children from Poland.  Close match to the ages and gender we requested.

Received basic information on children.

Notified Lifeline that we wished to purse adopting these three children.
