Received approval for all three kids.
Lifeline sent an email describing the next steps in the process:
1. Translation of the dossier - takes about a month
2. Submitted/registered to National Adoption Center (NAC) in Poland, then approved.
3. The local court system in Poland where the children reside will meet, hopefully approve, and the allow you to pursue adoption of these children.
4. The NAC will meet and ensure that all the paperwork is in order.
5. We wait on Article 5, which the result of the I-800 paperwork.
6. After Article 5 and provisional approval (800 immigration approval)is received, the NAC will set a court date.
7. After court, able to travel to Poland.
Somewhere before step 5, we will apply for the second round of immigration (800), which will provide provisional approval form USCIS. This cannot be done until we have the referral and the official documents of the children from NAC - which have been submitted with the application.
