Four plus three from Poland

Problem with the delivery of the package to Lifeline.  Unfortunately, the mailing address I used off Lifeline's Poland Manual had Lifeline's old zip code.  Forms were not delivered until late in the afternoon.  So Lifeline will send out tomorrow.  Those things happen sometimes.
